Tui Na
Tui Na is a hands-on traditional Chinese massage. Always performed through clothing, never with oil and never on an unclothed body. Tui Na excels in the treatment of chronic pain, particularly that associated with the muscle skeletal system such as the neck, shoulders and back pain, sciatica, tennis and golfers elbow and frozen shoulder. Traditionally Tui Na is a strong, deep massage with a rolling, kneading action. I adapt the strength of the massage depending on the needs and likes of the client.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a complementary medicine using fine needles which are inserted into the skin at specific points along meridian lines. It can be used in the treatment of various physical and mental conditions or as a relaxation technique. I offer Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Auricular and Electro acupuncture. Great for muscular injuries, joint pain, menopause, IBS, headaches, depression and many other ailments.

I also offer a mobile service for Tui Na in your own home. There will be an additional charge for travel dependent upon where you live.

My Story
I was lucky enough to spend 15 years living in the Far East, which gave me the opportunity to experience Traditional Chinese therapies from the source. I knew that when I decided to retrain as a massage and acupuncture therapist, I wanted to focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine, giving the type of treatment that I like to receive.
